Hello, I have a Windows 7 operating system.  For about  week my computer has been sluggish and at startup there are several long minutes of a flickering, flashing screen.  I can actually log on and in but it is very annoying.  Can anyone help?

Hello,

Do you see any unusual messages when flashing, or it looks like desktop screensaver or something similar?

I would like to help you to remove malware. Let's look inside.   :busy:

But I don't know to solve all PC problems.  :smash:

No unusual messages or anything at all.  The PC just boots up as normal and I can see everything through the flickering screen--then it slows down.  Then it stops within 3 minutes and I have no more problems

I think that this could be some problem with graphic card, cable from your monitor or monitor. I don't think that this is malware related.

Do you have any problems later? Maybe when you play some games, surfing over the internet?
