McDonald’s Australia has been unwillingly giving away food for half price, thanks to a glitch in their new self serve system.

The fast food chain has been forced to crackdown on the process after the loophole was discovered when a cheeky customer uploaded a how-to video on Facebook.

The video offered a step-by-step guide of how to manipulate the fast food giant’s new self-serve system and give them the chance to pay only $9.75 for a Family Box that would normally cost $19.95.

The video got even more attention with Facebook’s most talked about page, Fortafy, shared it to his 3.9m followers.

The video has been viewed more than 250,000 times.

See now this is funny, Too bad I missed out :busy: .
