Raid 0 not showing full size

I have a 320gb 250gb and a 500gb in raid 0 but i only see 695 gb in windows and bios so where is the other 200+gb

If you're doing RAID0 and not JBOD (Just a Bunch of Disks) you should be seeing 750GB or 732GB so formatted (250x3).  JBOD would give you the total of the drives.  You should know that either option will lose all of your data if the event of a drive failure.
