How do I know whether my IP is correct when this picture from http://www.show-ip.com/ shows wrong Operating Sytem as Windows NT even though when I have Windows 8.1 ? I am waiting for  Windows 10 on 29 July 2015.

How can I get rid of this Windows NT used by hackers to fool my Operating System instead of Windows 8.1 ?

Windows NT is not an operating system.

Windows NT is a family of operating systems produced by Microsoft

http://microsoft.wikia.com/wiki/Windows_NT

The various operating systems are part of that family.

Think of it like this:

Your family is a group of people related to each other.
Each one of us is an individual member of a family.

The different versions of Windows are the individual members of the NT family.

The wiki link I posted in the quote has a chart of Windows NT Releases.

What you are seeing has nothing to do with hackers.

For what it's worth, show my ip also tells me Windows NT. My operating system is Windows 7.

This is the one I use. It also says Windows NT instead of Windows 7.

edit to answer the question

How do I know whether my IP is correct

1. Try a different what is my IP site.

2. Try one or more of the things listed here http://www.howtogeek.com/117371/how-to-find-your-computers-private-public-ip-addresses/

If you don't see the exact IP address you are asking about, don't worry. It's possible that you will see only your private IP address if you are connected to a network, as explained on the page.

It is the version number after NT which indicates Windows 7, Windows 8, etc

6.3.9600 <- Windows 8.1 Pro Final
6.2.9200 <- Windows 8 Enterprise
6.2.9200 <- Windows 8 Pro
6.1.7601 <- Windows 7 SP1
6.1.7600 <- Windows 7 Pro

Forget about those online IP finders...Since there are not enough IP numbers for each computer, many ISPs and DHCP Servers limit the number of static IP addresses they assign by utilizing a pool of IP addresses instead. The ISP will temporarily assign a dynamic IP address automatically to a requesting DHCP computer from this pool of addresses and it will change each time you connect to the Internet. When you disconnect from the Internet, the temporary dynamic IP address is returned to the IP address pool so it can be assigned to someone else. When you reconnect, you are then assigned a different dynamic IP address from those available in the pool.

What you see is your User Agent String: Mozilla/5.0 ...

This is information your browser sends to every website it visits. This information contains many pieces of data, one of them is the version of your Windows installation.

This version number used by Microsoft is an internal number and is usually not displayed.

Windows 8.1 has version number 6.3 (Windows Server 2012 R2 is 6.3 too).

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Microsoft_Windows_versions

So everything is normal, you don't need to change anything.

I came to know that I am 100 % hacked when I read about hacking in this forum and saw "Established" from TCP view. I was teased by my enemies who hack my gmail passwords and they tell my passwords to me and tease me even though I changed it many times. The first screenshot above shows my IP as 59.93.90.185 and now today when I checked my IP from the same website it shows as 117.195.129.128  and it shows my OS as Windows Vista at the bottom right in www.spyber.com  when I am actually running Windows 8.1 and waiting for Windows 10.

I wonder hackers are using my IP to track me. For this many years I don't even know that a router also has a firewall. I changed my router password and I turned on the router firewall from 192.168.1.1 . Then I made a disk wipe after getting BSOD caused by Windows 8 update. Now my Operating system shows correctly as WIndows 8.
