windows firewall is not working

when I try to start firewall from service/ control panel...it denied and show message saying cannot start firewall from local computer with a error code...thanks in advance for your help

Next,

Download Screen317 Security Check from Here or Here and save it to your Desktop.

  • Double-click SecurityCheck.exe
  • Follow the onscreen instructions inside of the black box.
  • A Notepad document should open automatically called checkup.txt
  • Please Copy/Paste the contents of that document.
