This is another problem happening in Google Chrome, current version on Windows 7.  The Norton Toolbar and Identity-Safe are enabled in the browser but are not working.  These toolbars ARE working in Internet Explorer and in Firefox.  This must be a Google Chrome problem and not a Norton extensions problem.  I make the help request here, because the best advice will come on this forum.  I have no interest in trying to go through the mess which is the Google forums.
