Hi there

Since we fixed a virus issue (with the help of Bleeping Computer) Windows updates have failed to install.  Could someone advise on how we could fix this?

Welcome to Bleeping Computer.

You only have the one post here.  How did Bleeping Computer help you?

What programs were run?

Are you receiving an error message when a update fails?

If you are, please post the exact message.

I will have to try and dig out the notes regarding the previous issue.  It was logged with a different userid which I can't remember right now.  However I do remember that 4 or 5 different tools were used.

The update process is failing on all (at least I think all) operating systems updates.  Updates to internet explorer and other apps seem to work fine.  I have just tried to install outstanding updates (67 of them) and the system reported a failure code of 800F0902. Then after the requested restart it failed to configure the updates.
