Suspected Malware from email on friends iMac (21.5 ", Mid 2014)

My friends computer sent out email to all contacts on her computer.

Email body says: WhatsApp web

She doesn't know if she clicked on the email that she received (suspected malware) from her friend.

 

 

iMac: 21.5", Mid 2014

Processor: 1.4 GHz Intel Core i5

Memory: 8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3

Graphics: Intel HD Graphics 5000 1536 MB

This computer was first setup about 1 and a half months ago.
