Hello! Welcome to BleepingComputer Forums! :welcome:
My name is Georgi and and I will be helping you with your computer problems.

Before we begin, please note the following:

  • I will working be on your Malware issues, this may or may not, solve other issues you have with your machine.
  • The logs can take some time to research, so please be patient with me.
  • Stay with the topic until I tell you that your system is clean. Missing symptoms does not mean that everything is okay.
  • Instructions that I give are for your system only!
  • Please do not run any tools until requested ! The reason for this is so I know what is going on with the machine at any time. Some programs can interfere with others and hamper the recovery process.
  • Please perform all steps in the order received. If you can't understand something don't hesitate to ask.
  • Again I would like to remind you to make no further changes to your computer unless I direct you to do so. I will not help you if you do not follow my instructions.

Please download the latest version of Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to your desktop. Don't kill any malicious processes at your own.

Note: You need to run the version compatibale with your system. If you are not sure which version applies to your system download both of them and try to run them. Only one of them will run on your system, that will be the right version.

  • Double-click to run it. When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.
  • Make sure that Addition.txt is checked before you press the Scan button.
  • Press Scan button.
  • It will make 2 logs (FRST.txt and Addition.txt) in the same directory the tool is run. Please copy and paste them to your reply.

Regards,

Georgi

Hello,

STEP 1

We need to downgrade Google Chrome to the latest stable release. The adware has updated your browser to the developer version where Chrome internal checks are disabled and the adware will reinstall the malicious extensions periodically again if not downgraded...

Make sure that you export your passwords and favorites/bookmarks if you have any before you proceed with the steps below.

Check the links below for more information:

Create a new Restore Point before you proceed just in case.

Now please download and install Revo Uninstaller 1.95.
Then please run Revo Uninstaller and select Google Chrome.
Please click Uninstall icon to uninstall the selected program.
Please choose Advanced.
Then click Next and follow the prompts.
Please click Select All and Delete to delete all registry items, folders and files listed by Revo.
If asked to restart the computer, please do so.

STEP 2

Now you can reinstall Google Chrome to the latest stable build Google Chrome 43.0.2357.81 Stable.

STEP 3

Please download the following file => and save it to the Desktop.
NOTE. It's important that both files, FRST and fixlist.txt are in the same location or the fix will not work.

Run FRST and press the Fix button just once and wait.
The tool will make a log on the Desktop (Fixlog.txt). Please post it to your reply.

STEP 4

If the problem still exists after the steps above please make a screenshot of the error and attach it to your next reply.

Hi,

Regarding the screenshot the problem is not malware related. nvspcap.dll is a part of NVIDIA GeForce Experience by the NVIDIA Corporation.

Please uninstall NVIDIA GeForce Experience 2.4.3.31 and reboot the computer. Next see if the problem still persists and let me know.

Regards,

Georgi

Hi,

Try the following.

Download the latest nVidia driver from here.

Run it and go to Custom (Advanced) Install Options and check everything you want to be installed except geforce experience. Next click on "Perform a clean installation".

Normally the nvidia installer will remove Geforce experience for you.

Let me know about the results.

Regards,

Georgi

Create a new restore point:

http://www.eightforums.com/tutorials/4690-restore-point-create-windows-8-a.html

Then download the following tool to your desktop.

Boot in Safe Mode

http://www.eightforums.com/tutorials/2757-safe-mode-start-windows-8-a.html

and extract the archive to a folder of your choice.

Run the file DDU v15.2.0.0.exe and let it extract.

Double-click the Display Driver Uninstaller.exe and select Nvidia from the drop-down menu and then click on the Clean and restart button.

When done reboot the computer and run the nvidia driver installation package and tick only the following entries and remove the rest:

Graphics Driver

HD Audio Driver

PhysX System Software

and put a checkmark beside Perform a clean installation and proceed with the installation process.

Reboot the computer and let me know about the results.

If that didn't help then do the following:

Please download the following file => and save it to the Desktop.
NOTE. It's important that both files, FRST and fixlist.txt are in the same location or the fix will not work.

Run FRST and press the Fix button just once and wait.
The tool will make a log on the Desktop (Fixlog.txt). Please post it to your reply.

Let me know how are things after the fix above.

Regards,

Georgi

Hi,

I can't be sure. You can create a new Restore Point and download and install the latest version from here and give it a try.

If problems occurs then  I recommend you to bring the system back using System Restore. If you need only a video capture software I can recommend you MSIAfterburner.

It's a bit complex for novice users but I can try to guide you through the settings. Another good program is Mirillis Action but the program is not free like GeForce Experience and MSIAfterBurner.

Georgi
