Computer running slowly...takes long time to load pages

I have a slow computer that takes long time to open up pages.

Also, in the "Shut down" button, there is a exclamation mark, saying that it has to update.

 

I'm pretty sure that I have some malware (I had Pup.optional virus detected by Malwarebytes).

 

Please help me.

Please download AdwCleaner by Xplode onto your Desktop.
  • Close all open programs and internet browsers.
  • Double click on AdwCleaner.exe to run the tool.
  • Click the Scan button and wait for the process to complete.
  • Click the Report button and the report will open in Notepad.
IMPORTANT
  • If you click the Clean button all items listed in the report will be removed.
If you find some false positive items or programs that you wish to keep, Close the AdwCleaner windows.
  • Close all open programs and internet browsers.
  • Double click on AdwCleaner.exe to run the tool.
  • Click the Scan button and wait for the process to complete.
  • Check off the element(s) you wish to keep.
  • Click on the Clean button follow the prompts.
  • A log file will automatically open after the scan has finished.

These folders were not found.
The reason being is that your changed the path \???\ change it back to the original path that was found.
Please edit the fix before saving the fixlist.txt again.

FRST won't open.

I restarted the computer, but it still doesn't work.

The Farbar tool is running from C:\Users\구정애\Videos

Copy the Farbar tool to your Desktop.
Save the Fislist.txt file on your desktop and run the tool clicking the Fix button.

How is it now?

I still get the same exclamation mark in the shut down button.

And the speed in opening pages is still slow

This will possibly slow down your computer.

I couldn't fix the problem.

The update keeps failing due to error in code 80070002.

 

Do I use these websites to help me fix it?

You may be lucky. Download and run the Microsoft Fix it 50202

As suggested on this page.

Click the Fix button under this title.
Method 3: Use the Microsoft Fix it 50202 Tool

Restart the computer normally.

If all is well check for missed updates.
Install them.
Make sure you restart the computer when asked.

I did everything the website told me to do and ran the update again,

But now I have error with code 643...

Possible cause is this missing or damaged Microsoft .NET Framework


Go to this page and click the Download icon. Make sure you get the correct language.

After the installation make sure that the computer was restarted, if not do it.

MBAM? Are you talking about Malewarebytes?

If so, it's been running fine always.

 

 

But I still can't update Microsoft Silverlight Security Update (KB3056819) due to code error 643.

 

When you said to download Microsoft .Net Framework, do you want me to 

1. Restore to original state, Net Framework 4.5.2

2. Remove Net Framework 4.5.2 from this computer
