How to get rid of the clock symbol on Facebook?

So when I look at facebook, it appears some profiles manage to hide the clock symbol.

When you look at the screenshots of cover phito's below:

You can see that both Facebook cover photo's are set to public

Yet on only one of the Facebook photo's is there the clock symbol displayed.

How does one go about editing their profile so that the clock symbol is not displayed?

Don't change the date and it won't show up. Otherwise you can't
