My computer started to run very slow and will lock up when I go into Internet Explorer or Google Chrome.  I can go to one website and maybe follow a couple links before the computer locks up with the message that the website is not responding.  It will eventually go to a black screen with the message: "NO BOOT DEVICE AVAILABLE  HIT ENTER TO RETRY"  The power has to be turned off and back on to restart the computer, only to repeat the process.  Any help will be appreciated.
