I started having this issue in April.   The internet explorer starts off okay and then the CPU and memory usage go way up.  It is also happening with Chrome.  Once this starts other processes are also affected such as Outlook and Wmiprv.exe.  .

I have a Dell Inspiron I7.  Everything was okay prior to April of this year.  Please help I am lost.
