I have an acer windows 7 and after restart It says windows repair and after it tries to repair it tells me it couldn't repair I tried booting up in safe mode and it does the same thing what can I do thanks for any help with this issue

an update to my post I was able to backup my files and folders but had to restore it back to factory settings thanks for the help Shelly
