A few days ago i had to have my HP Presario reformatted. I lost my Microsoft Word 2007 among other things of course and have been unsuccessful in reinstalling it. I have tried endless ways of getting it back, but the best i have been able to do is install a Compatibilty pack 2007 Office system and an Office Word viewer 2003 plus .Net Framework 3.5 and 4 Client profile! I read somewhere that i needed these things in order to install Word.  All that has happened is still no proper access to it and a slower computer!  Windows also decided i needed 177 updates, taking close on two hours to complete!!. I am working in Google Chrome..

I am slowly losing what i have left of my marbles. Being only 75 doesn't exactly help either lol!. There are a number of important documents i must attend to which need Word rather urgently.

There is another issue which might be responsible. I keep being told that i need to 're Sync the phases' (this is a new one to me).  and finally i have re done my DNS.

I hope some kind soul can solve this for me please. I shall be ever grateful. Thank you and regards JH

PS. I live in the Philippines so there may be a time lag in my responding to any replies.
