windows repair tool

I downloaded tweaking windows repair tool did what it said and now my laptop is .... Idk even know how to explain. Windows is not responding IE is like gone? What did I do and or what do I do.... Help
Any ideas?

What settings did you use with Windows Repair AIO? Also, what made you download and run this tool? It's mostly used as a last resort tool to troubleshoot/fix various Windows issues, not your casual "maintenance" of the system.
