Daemon Tools (and Alcohol % software) are known to cause BSOD's on some Windows systems (mostly due to the sptd.sys driver, although I have seen both dtsoftbus01.sys and dtscsibus.sys blamed on several occasions).

Please un-install the program, then use the following free tool to ensure that the troublesome sptd.sys driver is removed from your system (pick the 32 or 64 bit system depending on your system's configuration):  New link (15 Aug 2012):  http://www.duplexsecure.com/downloads (pick the appropriate version for your system and select "Un-install" when you run it).
Alternate link:  http://www.disc-tools.com/download/sptd
Manual procedure here:  http://daemonpro-help.com/en/problems_and_solutions/registry_and_sptd_problems.html

Virtual CD - BusEnumerator 64-Bit Driver from H+H Software GmbH driver dates from 2008 and is likely not compatible w/Win8.1
Please uninstall it.

Should the BSOD's continue after these steps, please run Driver Verifier according to these instructions:  http://www.carrona.org/verifier.html

Please run Driver Verifier according to these instructions:  http://www.carrona.org/verifier.html

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

vmm.sys                     Wed Dec 28 08:28:47 2011 (4EFB198F)
Virtual Machine Monitor driver - Microsoft Virtual PC 2004}http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/default.aspx
http://www.carrona.org/drivers/driver.php?id=vmm.sys
Could also be related to the other VM software on your system.

Memory dump still points to a networking driver/device.
Please:

- download a fresh copy of the latest networking driver for your system.

- uninstall the current networking driver and ensure that the device is removed from your system (physically remove it or disable it in the BIOS).

- run Driver Verifier to see if it causes a BSOD.

If this fixes the BSOD, then try another network card (if you don't have a spare, try purchasing one that you can return if it's not needed)

If it doesn't fix the BSOD, then reinstall/reenable the current network card and try removing the VM software completely.
