Welcome to BC!

Exactly what happens when you try to open Help and Support? Error messages? And exactly how are you trying to open it, by clicking on it in the Start menu? Does 'Help and Support' get selected when you hover your mouse over it (turn blue)?

Try this: Close down Internet Explorer and hit the F1 button on your keyboard. Does this open Help and Support?
