I have an NVIDIA GeForce GTX470 video card.

Randomly, (or at least, seemingly randomly) it outputs nothing when I start up my computer. My Moniter recieves no input. I'm using a VGA Adapter to my StarLogic VGA 5:4 1280 1024 Monitor.

Have you tried a different monitor?  Have you tried that monitor with another system?

Unfortunately, I don't have any other Monitors or Computers to test my monitor. However, Friday I'll be getting an adapter in the mail to play my Video on my Television.

It only takes a few minutes to test a monitor.  Friends, family, acquaintances, coworkers, etc....you don't have any of these persons with computer systems?
