Major screen degradation while running 3DMark

I recently installed a new mobo, ram and cpu. While running 3Dmark test, I can major screen artifacting. What on earth does this mean?? Is my Video Card toast? Maybe bad PCIe on the new Mobo?

Looks like video card toast to me.

Sorry if I snap at you. I can't stand stupid for more than 5 minutes at a time.
