Hi! So I have a Windows 7 laptop, and lately I've been getting this dialog box that says:

Loading System File [c:\Systems\new\log\000x3deuser.sys]

Could not open System file

Win 32/64 error3 "The system cannot find the path specified"

OpenSystemFile failed, 0x8030203." System is corrupt or not accessible!

It keeps coming back even when I close out of it. I tried restarting several times and even restored system files and settings, and that didn't work. Is there any way I can get rid of it for good WITHOUT rebooting my laptop?
