I have HP computer with Windows 7 Home Premium pre-installed. The computer has crashed (black screen with cursor only) and I need to obtain the disks so I can reinstall the operating system. Could someone let me know a link that can help me acquire the disks. Thank you very much.

If you're computer is within warranty (normally 12 months), you can reach out to the manufacturer to request the W7 OEM disk.

Here is the Microsoft KB about the contact info you need to reach out to Microsoft and request a replacement, although they might just send you to HP directly instead for support.
