Well if the developers port the Android apps to Windows 10 this may not happen. MS is trying to make it easier to port apps from all platforms even the WIN32 desktop apps.

I would think that porting apps to Windows 10 would encourage device manufactures to OEM Windows 10. In the world of Android device end users: Surely most would rather run MS and would migrate... as long as Windows 10 for Android devices were free or marketed at a reasonable price. 

@ Animal:

Yes; that is what I am after. Hope it is not just a teaser and MS commits. I really do not see us (me basically) installing Windows 10 for production. But on Tablets and other touch devices: Bleep yeah!
