Something important has just happened in France. The Council of State, the highest administrative court, has decided to the obligation of the Opt-In.

This is still frowned upon in its consequences as we see, for many, a simple slowing bundle, repack, etc. ...

This happened in the context of a dispute between an advertising agency and the CNIL (National Commission for Computing and freedoms)
