Does anyone have any experience of the small utility Webcam On/Off which enables control of various features of the built in webcam. I have not been able to get it to work ---- I just get a blank black screen in the monitor window and sometimes a report that the capture device is incorrect.

I have emailed the publisher several time but have not had a reply.

My hardware & software:  Intel® Imaging Signal Processor/OV2772 and Windows 8.1 Tablet.
