Google showed the official F-secure website as the first result, the download link there is broken. doesn't work despite trying dozens of times. Softpedia's link is no different. and even the one listed here on bleepingcomputer leads to a broken link without any kind of download. Can someone provide a working link?

I think something is wrong with your browser - the link on BC works for me.

I've just downloaded the .EXE from F-Secure and the .ZIP from BC without any problem.

What happens if you input that link directly in the web browser?

ftp://ftp.f-secure.com/support/tools/uitool/UninstallationTool.zip
What web browser are you using? Did you try with another one?
