Excuse me, everytime i try to install something, this box pop up and says "The installshield engine (ikernel) could not be launched, no such interface supported".

My brother, just took windos xp home edtion off the computer, and when he reinstalled it, nnow all the sudden i cant installl nothing to the computer no more.

Can someone help me, m not to good with computers, either.
