Hello,

I have a Windows XP SP3 restarting every seven days. In c:\windows\minidump from August 2013 to May 2015 I have minidumps files every seven days, for example:

Mini110514-01.dmp
Mini180514-01.dmp
Mini250514-01.dmp
...

Is this common? The reason of the BSOD is igxpmp32.sys driver and the proccess is iexplorer.exe. The strange thing is that BSOD is periodic, every 7 days.

Best Regards and thanks in advance

BSOD is igxpmp32.sys driver and the proccess is iexplorer.exe

What is the stop code you are seeing?

Would you mind uploading some of the minidumps?

Have you tried turning it off and on again?

I would follow the instructions posted here:
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/576314/blue-screen-of-death-bsod-posting-instructions-windows-10-81-8-7-vista/

Then post here: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/f/233/windows-crashes-bsod-and-hangs-help-and-support/

There you will get help from specially trained staff who can analyze your minidumps.

Bruce.

Sorry for the editing the URLS needed re-editing.
