My 'Local Disk (E:)' now suddenly reads 'Call Of Duty Black Ops II (E:)'. Renaming does not work and in properties , the name of the drive reads  'Local Disk (E:)'. Restarting does not fix it too.

Pls provide a solution.

Hooray! The problem got fixed as suddenly as it appeared after i ran Junkware Removal Tool (JRT) and AdwCleaner for something else. Those with the problem, try the above method , worked for me.

A lot of what Adwcleaner finds are third party software which has been bundled in a program downloaded online.

This has become so common that it behooves you to use the custom installation option where you will be able to see exactly what is included in the download and will allow you to decline the third party software.

Having run those two programs I would suggest manually creating a new restore point.

How to create a new restore point.

Go to Search and click on Settings.

Type in restore point in the search box.

The results will show in the left pane, click on Create a restore point.

Family and loved ones will always be a priority in my daily life.  You never know when one will leave you.
