I have a computer running Windows 8.1 that is on a network with a Ricoh MP C3003. The driver is a native Windows 8.1 (PCL 6) driver, and connectivity is good (I can access the web administration at will).
When a job (even a test page) is sent to the printer, it shows in the spooler, and disappears like it was processed (no error), but the printer does nothing.
*The connection is TCP (IP v4)
*There is another Windows 8.1 computer that prints with no problem (using the native Windows 8.1 print driver for this printer).
*I have tried complete removal and reinstallation of the driver
*I have tried using the PCL 5 version of the driver as well as the latest PCL 6 (downloaded from Ricoh)
Has anyone else experienced and fixed this?
