Long time on startup

Hello, out of no were my windows started to take longer to startup than usual, usually it taked 15 secs or so and i just see the blue welcome screen for a second but now its stuck on it for like 15 seconds. please could someone help me thank you.

 

edit. just realised that my antivirus wont update either, i have eset nod32.

Once you get it up in accessories right click the command prompt run as administrator, type the following command sfc/ scannow make sure you have he space after the forward slash then hit enter.  This will check for file issue and fix most if that does not help then advance help will be needed.


If you don't stand for the flag then you will fall for anything!
