One day, I tried to upload a file from my computer and suddenly the whole computer shuts down with a blue screen and some white letters stating about "an error occured".

I really don't know what to do and this happens every time I try to upload something. Any advice? Please help me!

A more complete listing of your hardware and software specs would help.

Are there any other problems when you are not trying to upload files?

What type of file and where are you trying to send it?

Just to be sure there isn't any confusion here, do you know the difference between uploading and downloading?

Uploading would be where you load a file at a website.  Is this what you are attempting to do?

What file were you trying to upload?

How were you attempting to do this?

Please be very specific in answering these questions.
