Core 2 Duo PC up to 300 ?

Can someone help me with putting together Core 2 Duo PC up to £300 ? However I only need Motherboard, Processor and 2 - 4 GB of Ram and high voltage power supply as I have 6 HDD which I need to fit it in this case -> Click.
