I'm not able to get an answer to my problem questions when I access community help any longer when I use MS help with IE? I used to be able to use their community help forums with IE problems. Any opinions as to what's going on? Thank you.

You mean that you can't actually access the forum or that the form itself doesn't give you any good answers?  If it's the former that I would try using Google Chrome or some other browser, if it's the latter I would just keep reposting on the forums, it takes the right person to see your post in order to get an answer.

Msradell,

I mean I can't get an answer once I access the forums. I understand your comment, but usually I get a response quite quickly. I still haven't received a response from my question, and it's been about 3 days. Usual. My question was about a constant error message I keep getting when I use IE. It says, not responding because of long running script and very slow responding to loading a web sites. Or, the web site itself will say it's not responding. This had been going on for some time now, and I thought I would try IE's community help for help.

I've had good luck with using Tweaking.com's utilities. Here's a link to their all-in-one Windows repair: http://www.tweaking.com/content/page/windows_repair_all_in_one.html you can choose what you want to repair under the repair section. One of the options is to repair Internet Explorer.
