Some plague several encrypted my files, fotos with  .xtbl extension, videos, texts etc. It seems to me that Dr. Web te94decrypt.exe file solves the problem.
However I can not access the Dr.Web FTP server, due not have login and password. Could some one send me the zipped file ? mail:

Regards.

CTB Locker changes the extension of encrypted files and renames them with a .CTBL, or .CTB2 extension. Some victims have reported extensions changed to .XTBL.

At this time there is no fix tool and unfortunately, still no known method to retrieve the private key that can be used to decrypt your files since there is no way to retrieve the private key that can be used to decrypt your files without paying the ransom. With dual infections, that means paying both ransoms.

A repository of all current knowledge regarding this infection is provided by Grinler (aka Lawrence Abrams), in this topic: CTB Locker and Critroni Ransomware Information Guide and FAQ

There is also an ongoing discussion in this topic: CTB Locker Ransomware Support & Discussion.
