Just had Comcast tech out to check wires and they even left new router/modem (4th in less than a year). Changed password/key from default and it left laptop unbootable when logging off router/modem. I used the 10.0.0.1 to log on and change both admin password and default wireless key but not SSID. As soon as I clicked log off,(the router) the machne went to black screen with curser in the top left blinking. I then did a Windows 7 re-install.
