Anyone know whats the oldest laptop with PCIe 3.0 x4 ?

I'm drooling over the idea of this SAMSUNG MZHPV256HDGL-00000 drive. 

Passmark ranks it as the 7th best performing SSD, but it only costs $228

Anyone know whats the oldest laptop with

PCIe 3.0 x4 

That would be my starting point. Then hunt one down without no OS or drive for peanuts.
