is there a program like Atelier Web Remote Commander http://www.atelierweb.com/rcomm/index.htm? if so please post the name of it.

I have not seen any programs like this, freeware or otherwise. I find it quite scary and doubt I would offer a link to such software.
While I can see a real world application for such it still makes me uneasy knowing a firewall can be punched thru with out the knowledge of the computer's owner.
