Guest Account has all Admin Powers NEED HELP.

Okay,so first of all Hello My Name Is Cesar.I Run Windows 8.1

I Did add the snap in thing too,and it wouldn't let me because it needs admin rights http://www.ezimba.com/work/150515C/ezimba19662031090500.png

But here's the thing I'm the only one uses this computer and no one has access to it but me.

But i feel like it's a virus because every time i turn on my computer this program called "Updater.exe" shows up i click on tasks manager and it shows up with


When i try to remove it,it won't let me it says i need admin powers and just to clearify things my guest account is not at home screen either.

I've tried Safe mode and nothing...I really need help because this Virus or something is really bugging me.
