System info.

 Dell R510


Dual 2.4 GHz Xeon E5620

64 bit Server 2012


System is in constant boot loop, I attached the latest minidump.


error is SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION (pcw.sys)

Did you just happen to install a  new Windows Update for performance counters?

I would be copying that file froma  fresh install (Maybe ina  virtual lab) and booting into a BootCD and pasting that file (C:\Windows\System32\drivers\pcw.sys)
