Hi all I am not very computer literate but my email appears to have been hacked as I am getting lots of message failure  notices in my inbox which are from someone other than me,my sky email stopped working I spoke to sky advisor and he said I have been infected or hacked and told me to come on here to see if anyone could help any

advice would be grateful I have a Toshiba lap top and mcafee security which I am currently in the process of running a full scan,many thanks.

MiniToolbox by Farbar

Please download MiniToolBox, save it to your desktop and run it.
Checkmark the following checkboxes:
  • Flush DNS
  • Report IE Proxy Settings
  • Reset IE Proxy Settings
  • Report FF Proxy Settings
  • Reset FF Proxy Settings
  • List content of Hosts
  • List IP configuration
  • List Winsock Entries
  • List last 10 Event Viewer log
  • List Installed Programs
  • List Devices
  • List Users, Partitions and Memory size.
  • List Minidump Files
  • List Restore Points
Click Go and post the result (Result.txt). A copy of Result.txt will be saved in the same directory the tool is run.

  • Save it to your Desktop.
  • Double click SecurityCheck.exe and follow the onscreen instructions inside of the black box.
A Notepad document should open automatically called checkup.txt. Please copy and paste the contents of the log in your next reply.

all sorted thanks problem was caused by whats app with a virus sent to me from my sons address book apparently its been happening to him and his friends all day !!
