Which Switch supports 4-byte ASN?

Guys, I am deciding on which switch to get but i am not sure which of the following switches support BGP Session with 4-byte ASN.

I believe if it supports it or not is a feature of the IOS not the hardware. So what IOS version(s) have what you are looking for? Also, I thought BGP was for routers not switches?

BGP [boarder gateway protocol] is only for routers not switches.  A layer 3 switch is also a router.
