Hello,

I have a client with Office 2000 on WinXP Home edition.

He was working on an Excel spreadsheet when his computer crashed because of a thunderstorm.

He wants to recover the file but wasn't able to save it ... can anyone advise?

Ps,

Anyone else in England cold :inlove: ? :flowers: :trumpet:

Yes! I understand that there is a temporary folder in the root level of the hard disk? but I don't really want him touching that and can't shadow him...
