Do you have a retail copy of a Windows 7 (bought in store), or did you buy a laptop/computer that came with Windows 7? Also, there's no need to use capital letters here, we can all read what you type.

Please do not start multiple topics about the same issue. Having more than one topic causes confusion for you and those trying to help you.
