Please post the sfc /scannow log.

To find sfc /scannow log, type cmd in the Search programs and files box.

cmd will appear above the search box under Apps., right click on it and choose Run as administrator, this will open the Elevated Command Prompt.  This will look simlar to the image above.

Copy and paste the following in the Elevated Command Prompt, then press Enter.

findstr /c:"[SR]" %windir%\logs\cbs\cbs.log >%userprofile%\Desktop\sfcdetails.txt

This will place a new icon on the desktop titled sfcdetails.  Double click on this icon to open the log, copy the log and paste it in your topic.

Family and loved ones will always be a priority in my daily life.  You never know when one will leave you.

I need to know if this is the 32-bit or 64-bit version of Windows 7.

Please download and run the System Readiness Tool.

After you have done this, run the sfc /scannow again and post the new log.

I will not download anything to my computer unless I know exactly what it contains.

If the utc.app.json error is still appearing, that's all I need to know.

I dont know what is that. It is one of the unrepaired/corrupted files sfc /scannow detects!

The only think i downloaded these days are a driver from gigabyte and a driver for my sound from realtek. Nothing else!

I doubt very seriously that what you are downloading is causing this.  This is a corrupted file.

Please do the following.

Open the Control Panel and click on Programs and Features.

When this is ope you will find an option View Installed Updates in the upper left portion of the page.  Click on this and see if you have KB3022345  update installed.  These should be listed in numerical order.

If you find it, right click on it and uninstall it.

KB3022345 was the problem. Thank you for the support. I think many people these days will experience the same problem!

You are welcome.

Many people are experiencing this already.  Because of the large number of people I see posting in the forums with similar problems I've opted to allow the downloads to load, but will install them after I've determined that the updates are not problematic.

This update has been a major pain.

For anyone that wants to keep the update, but fix the corrupt files I have written two guides that will repair these corruptions:
Windows 8 update (KB3022345) causing corrupt files
Windows 7 update (KB3022345) causing corrupt files

Thank you, Go The Power.  I just ran an "sfc /scannow" and I had the telemetry corruption.  Your fix worked beautifully.  BC is a wonderful community.  I will be checking the computers of my friends and family for this Windows Update error.

THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!

I owe you a beer whenever you are in Port Hood!  Thanks you again and have a great day.
