I recently messed up & did a refresh to FireFox, now the problem is, I can find the back up for the Bookmarks but I can't figure out how to open the "JSONLZ4" files, any help would be appreciated.

If I am understanding you correctly you are trying to put your backup bookmarkers back into firefox. I do not know where yours is, but mine is under c:users/bud11dy/ just drag your backup into the same folder and it is done. I would make another backup before doing this though.

Go to Bookmarks & select 'Show All Bookmarks.'  That will open the Library.

At top click 'Import/Backup,' & select 'Restore' from the drop down.

Select 'Choose File' from the next menu [usually the bottom choice] & then

navigate to the location of your saved JSON file & Open.
