Hi,

I have experiencing for issues recently.

I noticed that internet explorer freezes a lot and also that I have often 2 ieplorer.exe in task manager. I installed firefox and after 5 minutes it started to freeze too.

This smells the malware big time so I scanned my PC with Avast (when windows start) and spybot: search and destroy (safe mode). Avast did find few things but the issue remains the same.

I believe I need help.

I used FRST, files attached.

regards

Bibiche

I used another anti malware called Malwarebytes. It did the job better than spybot.

I believe my issue is fixed
