Hoping to find some answers here as I have been reading the Forums here for a few years now and appreciate the help provided to members and others who read your Help Forums. Thought I understood how to keep my devices safe and functional but times have changed everything and I feel rather lost with many of these newer threats I seem to be facing daily as of late.

Tried searching for a new topic and then posting a new one when it was not found but keep getting a notice that my search terms must contain words with 3, or more letters?? Since my search term was "windows 8.1 expired certificates" I am more than a little confused about what it is I'm doing wrong? Submitted a Help Request but got notice it was not the correct form and re-routed to same form when I attempted to re-submit on the correct form. Oh yeah also it told me the word "on" is not acceptable in my search terms??

Thanks in advance for any direction here as my other posts were not accepted for reasons listed above. :)
