I usually access the router by laptop as following: "". but sometimes when I'm on my phone  I need to reboot the router through my phone other then the laptop which is not near me...
I looked up for applications that should do the work, but unfortunately I got no positive result, so I'm reaching out to this very forum in order to find help and tricks so that I can figure it out
thank you in advance

may sure the phone is on the network and has a ip address in that network;. Go to a web browser just like on a laptop and type in in the address bar

it should be able to access on any mobile interface.
