I have been working w/an agent for about a week or more about an issue.....he kept asking to do this and do that,    which i did......then send him a copy of it,     which i did.......all he has done is continue to ask me to do the same thing over and over..........then he closed out on me.

I got no results or answers to my NOTEPAD ERROR box that keeps popping up.

Now that I have all these programs downloaded.......FRST, FIRST, ETC.

THE LAST THING HE TOLD ME TO DO WAS DOWNLOAD FIXEXE........AND CLICK FIX.....

THERE IS NO PLACE FOR ME TO DO THIS.

Download and run wipe  and system ninja,

Now that you have cleaned out some temp files, lets go ahead and disable all of the items starting up with your machine except your antivirus. To do this you will need to click on tools then start up select each item then disable.

Now that you have disabled those un-needed start ups lets go into the settings, we will have Ccleaner run when your machine boots, so that you will never have to worry about cleaning temp files again.

To do this:

  • Hit options.
  • Settings.
  • Place a tick to run Ccleaner when the computer starts.

Now go to the advanced tab, and select close program after cleaning, now run the cleaner again this will close Ccleaner.

Reboot your machine and then follow the  instructions below.

  • Shut down your anti-virus, anti-spyware, and firewall software now to avoid potential conflicts.
  • Run the tool by double-clicking it. If you are using Windows Vista or Windows 7, right-click it and select Run as administrator.
  • The tool will open and start scanning your system.
  • Please be patient as this can take a while to complete depending on your system's specifications.
  • On completion, a log is saved to your desktop and will automatically open.
  • Please post the JRT log.

Step 4: Adware Cleaner.

Please download AdwCleaner by Xplode onto your desktop.

  • You can find the logfile at C:\AdwCleaner[S1].txt as well.

OK...THANKS FOR REPLYING.........Now.......I can't even log in to anything........I click on anything.........control panel,  programs, EVERYTHING and now i am locked out.......error message..........EXPLORER.exe........only administrator can get access.....then something about interface is not there.

I am on another computer.   I spent all day and part of the night before after he left the help line.......I think the last thing he told me to do was downloand a program AS ADMINISTRATOR........I did, then had to do a restart.......after the re start.......I couldn't get in.....i could click on Google, then go to my home page, but that is it......anything else I do gives me the same message......I EVEN DID A SYSTYEM RESTORE......still the same.

so, now I have lost my access to  my computer.

Therefore, I can't do what you said, because I don't know how to get in my computer........

You will need to ask for help in the malware removal forum. See the instructions in the link below and start a new thread. :)

Since you cannot get into your PC to do anything there is nothing else we can do for you here. We understand your previous topic in the MRL forum was closed because of your dissatisfaction with that helper but advanced tools most likely will be required and that type of assistance is only available back in the MRL forum with another MRT helper.
